Manafort on Election Polling

A New York Times article,  “Russian Spy or Hustling Political Operative? The Enigmatic Figure at the Heart of Mueller’s Inquiry” contains almost no information about the issue it is supposed to deal with: The Trump campaign passing treasonous information to Russian intelligence officers.  There is no doubt that Manafort is a bad man who sold his political expertise to some bad people in Ukraine.  After lots of useless background criticizing Manafort and Kilimnik, the article finally gets to the point of what the Trump campaign disclosed:

Around the time of Mr. Kilimnik’s trip to the United States in spring 2016, Mr. Manafort directed Mr. Gates to transfer some polling data to Mr. Kilimnik, including public polling and some developed by a private polling company working for the campaign, according to a person with knowledge of the arrangement.

Mr. Manafort asked Mr. Gates to tell Mr. Kilimnik to pass the data to Mr. Lyovochkin and Mr. Akhmetov, the person said. Representatives for both Mr. Lyovochkin and Mr. Akhmetov said they neither requested nor received the data, and would have had no use for it.

Mr. Mueller’s team has focused on what appears to have been another discussion about polling data in New York on Aug. 2, 2016. A partly redacted court transcript suggests that Mr. Gates, who entered a plea agreement with the special counsel that requires his cooperation, may have told prosecutors that Mr. Manafort had walked Mr. Kilimnik through detailed polling data at a meeting that day in the cigar lounge of the Grand Havana Room in Manhattan.

By these standards, John King of CNN could be convicted of whatever Manafort is supposed to be convicted of.  Sharing of polling data does not appear to me to be a crime, whether shared with a Russian or anybody else.  This whole thing appears to be based in part on Jewish racial prejudices against Russians. Jews were discriminated against in Russia for a thousand years, and are now getting their revenge.  The Jewish family that owns the New York Times, the Sulzbergers, is moderate, but they and the Jews they employ can’t help but be prejudiced by their Jewish history.  The same is true for Adam Schiff and the other Jews in Congress.

Even the meeting in Trump Tower that Democrats characterize as being the most treasonous, between Trump Junior and Russian lawyer Natalia Veselnitskaya, was also about a Jewish issue, the Magnitsky Act.  The Magnitsky Act was pushed through Congress by Jewish investor Bill Broder, who made billions investing in undervalued Russian assets until he got crossed up with the Russian government.  The Magnitsky Act to some extent replaced the Jackson-Vanik amendment, which had helped millions of Jews escape the Soviet Union, but which became illegal under new WTO rules.

Who knows what tomorrow’s Congressional testimony by Michael Cohen before the Senate Intelligence Committee will bring, but a Jewish Committee Chairman, Adam Schiff, will be questioning a Jewish witness, Michael Cohen, who also has many ties to the Ukrainian Jewish community. It will be a Jewish show.

New York Review Article on Jewish Communism

The article on "The Fake Threat of Jewish Communism" in the New York Review of books indicates that the threat is fake, as the title states, but it also confirms that this is a big, continuing issue, one that has been debated in the U.S. for over one hundred years.  Henry Ford was very concerned about this issue in the 1920s in his articles about Judaism, collected in "The International Jew."  Ford was writing shortly after the Russian revolution, while there were widespread concerns that Bolshevism would spread to Western Europe and possibly to the U.S.

Russian Communism has failed, and Putin has become the new Czar.  As a result, Jews have taken up a new anti-Russian campaign in the U.S.  This has mainly taken the form of Jewish attacks on Trump for his ties to Russia during the 2016 election.  The Jewish hatred of ethnic, Christian Russians has morphed into a campaign to impeach Trump for openly praising Putin and Russia.  The campaign has been joined by Jewish politicians and Jewish media.  According to Wikipedia there are eight Jews in the Senate, plus Michael Bennett, whose mother was a Holocaust survivor.  Wikipedia says 8.4% of the US. House is Jewish.  The Pew Research Center says there are 34 Jews in the House.  Of these, however, four are chairmen of important committees that have made a point of attacking President Trump.

Adam Schiff, the Chairman of the House Intelligence Committee has been particularly outspoken in his criticism of President Trump.  Tom Steyer, the billionaire, is half Jewish and is leading the independent crusade to impeach Trump.

Jewish Committee Chairmen in US House of Representatives

There is a much higher percentage of Jews in the Senate than in the House, but the new House leadership still has a disproportionate number of Jews in leadership positions.

Adam Schiff is chairman of the House Permanent Committee on Intelligence.

Jerry Nadler is chairman of the House Judiciary Committee

Elliot Engle is chairman of the House Foreign Affairs Committee.

Nita Lowey is chairwoman of the House Appropriations Committee.

All of these committees are important in the Democratically controlled House's opposition to President Trump.  In particular, the Intelligence Committee and the Judiciary Committee are important in the investigation of the President's loyalty to the United States and his financial transactions, both of which are also being investigated by Special Counsel Robert Mueller.

The fact that so many Jews are leading the effort to bring down President Trump disturbs me, because it looks like there is a racial or religious component to their oppostion.  It looks to be like Jews have a strained relationship with Trump.  New York is a Jewish city, and there are a lot of Jews in New York real estate, but Trump manage to beat many of them at their own game.  Trump has several Jews who have remained close to him, Jared Kushner, Stephen Miller Steven Mnuchin, and Larry Kudlow, but others have left, like Gary Cohn and David Shulkin.  Jewish anchors and commentators at CNN and MSNBC have been particularly vicious in their attacks on Trump, as have Jewish writers and columnists as the New York Times and the Washington Post.

In addition, through Michael Cohen, Trump was connected to a network of Russian and Ukrainian Jews, according to the New York Times.  Although the news has played up the Russian connection, the Jewish connection may be just as important.  Other shadowy figures, such as the Russian oligarch Oleg Deripaska, the aluminum magnate on whom Trump recently lifted sanctions, according to the Guardian. Deripaska also had ties to Trump campaign manager Paul Manafort.  The Israeli Newspaper Haaretz published an article entitled, "Know Your Oligarch: A Guide to the Jewish Billionaires in the Trump-Russia Probe."   It lists Leonard Blavatnik, Andrew Intrater, Alexander Shustorovich, Simon Kukes, and Yuri Milner.
